About the CEO — Yiwen Zhang

Yiwen Zhang is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sincerity Applied Materials Holdings Corp (SINC), where he leads the Company’s strategy across advanced materials innovation, manufacturing development, and capital markets execution. With a background spanning materials science commercialisation, water treatment operations, and cross-border corporate structuring, Yiwen brings a unique combination of technical insight and entrepreneurial leadership to the business.

Under his direction, SINC has grown from a supplier of customised water treatment chemicals into an emerging advanced materials company focused on nano-engineered Quantum Glass, a platform technology with applications across water purification, industrial filtration, catalysis, biotechnology, and electronics. Yiwen has overseen the development of SINC’s functionalised glass infusion—including silver, copper, nano-TiO₂ and catalytic surface systems—alongside the Company’s roadmap for a fully automated Quantum Glass manufacturing facility in Australia.

Yiwen also manages the corporate governance and market strategy for SINC as a Nevada corporation listed on the OTC market, guiding the Company through its 15c2-11 reinstatement, uplisting preparation, and long-term plan toward NYSE eligibility. His experience in investor relations, disclosure strategy, and cross-border regulatory compliance supports SINC’s transition from a private operational business to a transparent public-market advanced materials enterprise.

Driven by a belief that innovative materials can unlock scalable environmental and industrial solutions, Yiwen combines hands-on technical development with a clear vision for sustainable commercial expansion. His leadership focuses on building technology that is defensible, manufacturable, and globally relevant.

About the COO — Simon Rees

Simon Rees is the Chief Operating Officer of Sincerity Applied Materials (SINC), bringing more than two decades of international executive experience across manufacturing, supply chain management, industrial operations, and multi-market business expansion.

Educated in New Zealand, Simon holds two university degrees — a Bachelor’s in Business with a focus on Strategic Management, and a second degree in Packaging Technology. He began his career through a competitive graduate program with Cryovac (Sealed Air), gaining complete exposure to global manufacturing systems across the United States, Australia, Europe, and Asia. His deep technical grounding in materials, process optimisation, and quality systems was shaped through real-world operations at scale.

Simon was later headhunted by Detmold Packaging, relocating to Australia and leading industrial packaging operations throughout Asia, particularly China and Indonesia. His work in cross-border manufacturing, supplier integration, and market development established him as a senior executive with a rare ability to operate effectively in both Western and Asian industrial environments.

After successfully transitioning into the building supply sector, Simon served as CEO for a major Australia/New Zealand group, where he implemented new management systems that drove a threefold improvement in performance. He later returned to the packaging industry, taking a national leadership role for a company specialising in import-driven supply chains and distributor-partnership sales models. He is currently also involved in developing a new packaging start-up with a planned national footprint.

As COO of SINC, Simon oversees end-to-end operational execution — including manufacturing development, sourcing and logistics, quality systems, supplier frameworks, and the build-out of SINC’s automated Quantum Glass production facility in Melbourne. His global manufacturing expertise, disciplined operational approach, and strong financial oversight support SINC’s transformation into a scalable advanced materials company.

Simon is widely regarded as a well-rounded senior executive with deep experience in manufacturing, source-and-supply networks, distribution, logistics, sales management, and performance-driven operational leadership. His background makes him exceptionally well-suited to lead SINC’s transition from pilot-scale innovation to commercial-scale production and international expansion.
